Product, programme, data and AI delivery

Change that survives contact with reality.

We lead delivery where change is genuinely hard: many stakeholders, legacy systems, tight compliance and no appetite for theory. Government departments and national healthcare providers, and the two person studio down the road.

Why we exist

Most change programmes do not fail on strategy. They fail in the middle.

The plan is signed off, the funding is approved, and then the work meets the real organisation: the integration nobody owns, the data that will not migrate, the team already at capacity. That gap is where we work.

  • 01

We are practitioners. The people we place have run the thing they are advising on, inside organisations with real constraints.

  • 02

We work to outcomes. We push to define success up front, in measures your board already recognises rather than ones we invent.

  • 03

We plan for the handover. Capability transfer is part of how we scope work, not something bolted on at the end of it.

Two ways to work with us

The same discipline, sized to the problem

A department running a multi supplier programme and an owner running a studio need very different things from us. What does not change is how we work.

Enterprise and government

For programmes with a board, a business case and consequences

We come in as a supplier that understands procurement, assurance and the difference between a milestone and a deliverable.

  • Interim and fractional product, delivery and transformation leads
  • Discovery through to live, working within the Service Standard and assessment process
  • Data governance, migration and master data programmes
  • Associates matched to the role and the clearance level, not to a bench
  • Reporting written with your assurance and governance forums in mind

Startups and small businesses

For owners who are also the whole delivery team

Same practitioners, scaled right down. Scope agreed up front, a price you see before work starts, and a person you can actually ring.

  • Websites, booking and payments designed for a phone first
  • Practical automation for the admin that eats your evenings
  • A monthly retainer instead of a project you cannot budget for
  • Sales, marketing and business development support through our strategic partners
  • Plain English throughout. No slide decks you did not ask for

How an engagement runs

Four phases, each with a decision point at the end

We would rather you commit in stages than sign up for a year to find out whether we are any good. Each phase is normally scoped and priced on its own, so there is a natural point to review before the next.

01

Frame

A short, bounded piece of work to agree the problem, the constraints and what success should be measured against.

02

Prove

A discovery or a thin slice into production, aimed at producing enough evidence to make the investment decision honestly.

03

Deliver

Named lead, sized team, your governance cadence. Progress reported against the measures agreed in phase one, not against activity.

04

Hand over

Documentation, training and a support tail. We would rather be re engaged for the next problem than kept for this one.

The associate network

Senior people, assembled for the job. Not a bench we need to keep busy.

ChangeFluent runs as a network of senior independent practitioners rather than a pyramid. The person in your stand up is normally the person you assessed, the team scales with the work, and you are not funding anyone's utilisation target.

It also means capacity. When a programme needs product, delivery, data and service design at once, we assemble it. When it needs one experienced pair of hands for three days a week, we do that instead.

How the network works
A named leadOne point of accountability through the engagement rather than an account management layer.
Practitioners firstAssociates are assessed on delivery history rather than on a CV keyword match.
Scales both waysA full multi discipline team, or a single specialist for two days a week.
Contract flexibleStatement of work, day rate, retainer or fixed price, inside or outside IR35.

Tell us what is stuck. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right people.

A thirty minute call, no pitch deck. If the answer is that you need something we do not do, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
