How do you handle IR35 determinations?

We work both inside and outside IR35 and we do not argue with your determination. For statement of work engagements we take genuine delivery risk against defined outcomes, which usually supports an outside determination, but the assessment is yours to make and we will support your process with the evidence it requires.

Can your associates hold security clearance?

Yes. We match associates to the clearance a role requires, including BPSS and SC where already held. Where a role needs clearance to be sponsored, we will be upfront about the likely lead time before you commit.

Are you on a framework?

We work as a direct supplier under a statement of work and as a subcontractor to systems integrators already on your framework. If your route to market requires a specific framework, tell us early and we will be straight with you about whether we can serve it.

How quickly can you mobilise?

It depends on notice periods, clearance and the shape of the role, and a led workstream takes longer to assemble properly than a single practitioner. We would rather give you a date we can hold than an optimistic one.

What size of organisation do you normally work with?

Departments, arms length bodies and councils, alongside private sector clients at a similar scale. We also deliberately keep a small business practice, which keeps our team honest about cost and simplicity.
