1. Setting up a new client

From a business name and trade to a finished, tailored checklist.

This is the foundation. Everything that follows builds on the checklist created here.

2. Turning documents into progress

From a document or transcript to suggested ticks that you approve.

When a client already has useful material, or we are taking over from someone else, we start from that rather than from a blank list.

3. The client’s own space

From a private link to the client’s input and an instant alert to you.

Each client gets a private page where they can do their part. They only ever see their own setup, never anything internal.

How the three fit together

They are one joined up system. Anything a client sends in their own space (flow 3) becomes a document to analyse (flow 2). And the tailoring, the accepted suggestions, and the client’s own ticks all update the single shared checklist that the team tracks and finishes (flow 1).
